Cancellation Policy
To cancel/rebook a session, you must notify me in one or more of the following methods: Email - branstaff@gmail.com (Subject line - "CANCEL/REBOOK SESSION" Phone/Text: - (226)-787-9413 A minimum of 24 hours MUST be given to cancel or rebook a session using one of the above methods. No refunds will be issued if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If a client wishes to cancel a session and does not communicate this with one of the above mentioned methods, they may be refused a refund. If a client rebooks a session with less than 24 hours notice, they are not entitled to a refund for the original date, and will be required to pay a full session rate for the new date.
