What We Will Cover

With our coaching sessions, we'll embrace the question "Why?"

First we will dive into the characters head by getting familiar, and creating a backstory for them. We'll spend time setting up the beats and intentions for each moment and find ways to draw parallels within our own lives to bring more authenticity to the character. 

At the end of our time, you will have newfound compassion for the character, and they will be so familiar to you that they will feel like an extension of yourself that you will be able to flip into with ease.
